Job summary

GovCIO invites applications for a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support VA with Ambient Scribe deployment. You will coordinate Integrated Master Schedule, enterprise readiness, and sustainment across clinical teams, vendors, and VA leadership.

Role requires turning field learnings into actionable recommendations, validating workflows, and supporting real-time troubleshooting while ensuring alignment with operational requirements and escalation pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts and building repeatable processes.
• Experience coordinating across vendors, technical teams and program stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Turns findings into clear summaries and recommendations for leadership.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
