GovCIO is hiring a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support VA Ambient Scribe rollout, coordinating across clinical teams, vendors, and VA leadership. You will help validate workflows, oversee interface testing between VistA and Ambient Scribe, and ensure operational readiness and sustainment across enterprise deployments.

The role requires leading testing efforts, managing schedules, and communicating findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Healthcare experience required.
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts and building repeatable processes.
• Experience coordinating across vendors, technical teams and program stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation and writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products.
• Manage project team and oversee schedules; prepare status reports.
• Direct project lifecycle from design to testing per objectives.
• Define requirements and deployment plans.
• Supervise professional/technical staff and coordinate tasks.
• Document issues, prioritize and escalate to the right stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards and review deliverables.
• Lead project meetings and track/report progress.
