Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support the VA’s Ambient Scribe deployment. The role oversees IMS, enterprise readiness and sustainment, collaborating with clinical teams, vendors and VA leaders to translate field learnings into actionable guidance.

The position requires coordinating testing, troubleshooting, and aligning workflows with operational requirements. The role is fully remote within the United States, with a focus on enterprise-wide integration and smooth interface

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Healthcare domain experience required.
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts and building repeatable processes.
• Ability to coordinate across vendors, technical teams and program stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products.
• Manages a multidisciplinary project team and project status reporting.
• Oversees design, implementation and testing to meet objectives.
• Defines requirements and plans deployment across project lifecycle.
• Supervises professional and technical staff and coordinates tasks.
• Turns findings into clear summaries and leadership recommendations.
• Ensures issues are documented, prioritized and escalated appropriately.
• Conducts project meetings and tracks performance and deliverables.
