GovCIO is seeking a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support the VA as Ambient Scribe is rolled out. This role oversees IMS, enterprise readiness and sustainment, working across clinical teams, vendors and VA leadership to translate field learnings into recommendations.

Responsibilities include testing interface between VistA and Ambient Scribe, troubleshooting, validating workflows, and coordinating technical issue escalation. Position is remote within the United States.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of experience in related field.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts and building repeatable processes.
• Experience coordinating across vendors, technical teams and program stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Turns findings into clear summaries and recommendations for leadership.
• Ensures issues are documented, prioritized, and sent to the right people.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
