Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative intake and complete required documentation.
• Maintain compliance with turnaround times for requests.
• Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team to manage service requests.
• Process referrals, prior authorizations, intake, notification and census roles.
• Assist clinical staff with triage and documentation for Clinical Coverage Review.
• Handle inquiries from members/providers.
• Participate in call campaigns and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
