Qualifications

• Required master’s degree or higher in energy planning/economics/engineering or related field with sufficient experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 7 years of relevant experience as an alternative.
• English – Fluent – Required

Responsibilities

• Provide climate mitigation technical support for infrastructure projects (energy, transport, buildings).
• Provide technical guidance to inform project programming and stakeholder engagement.
• Support ongoing infrastructure projects with technical expertise as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet climate mitigation standards and quality requirements.
• Travel to on-site assignments across Caribbean countries when required.
