Job summary

UNOPS – United Nations Office for Project Services is seeking a Project Management Support Specialist for the Resilient Infrastructure Initiative (RIISE) to lead demand-driven technical assistance and surge deployments across the Eastern Caribbean region. The role emphasizes on‑site and remote collaboration, knowledge transfer, and adherence to UNOPS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and ample project management exposure.
• Master’s degree or equivalent is desirable for advanced assignments.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification is preferred (not mandatory).
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects in multilateral contexts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of retainer assignments, coordinating planning and milestones.
• Ensure quality of outputs against agreed plans and budgets.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies in multi-stakeholder settings.
• Engage with government counterparts and partners to enable effective implementation and knowledge transfer.
