Tradewater, a certified B Corp, seeks a Market Development Innovation Manager to drive new climate solutions globally. This remote role focuses on uncovering business cases, translating them into executable deals, and leading cross-functional teams from concept to contract.

Ideal candidates are strategic, consultative sellers with strong English skills, able to travel internationally, and capable of translating complex ideas into measurable impact for partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field (required).
• 5–7 years of sales and/or account management experience.
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Present and articulate conceptual solutions to senior stakeholders, tailoring value to their business.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue strategy.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle from discovery through close with accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to sharpen value propositions and assets.
• Prepare proposals and engage in negotiations for partnership opportunities.
