Job summary

Electrified Thermal Solutions seeks a seasoned B2B marketing leader to own and execute our global marketing plan across Europe and the US. You will manage demand-gen, content creation, PR, and executive thought leadership, partnering with finance, sales, and partners to drive growth in industrial decarbonization markets.

You will oversee agencies, measure results, and shape messaging for chemicals, cement, minerals, steel, and mining sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing in industrial, energy or climate tech.
• Track record placing stories in tier-1 news and trade press.
• Experience running executive thought-leadership programs.
• Experience managing agencies against contracted deliverables and re-scoping if needed.
• Demand-gen fluency (HubSpot or equivalent).
• Fast, high-quality writing and editing.
• Experience defining marketing metrics and reporting results.
• Comfort with deeply technical content and AI content workflows.
• Experience marketing into Europe, incl. EU trade media.
• US work authorization for permanent employment (no visa sponsorship).
• Category-creation experience at hardware/climate scale-ups.
• Event program ownership at major industry conferences.
• Video production management.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the marketing plan: message house, cadence, 18-month EU calendar.
• Run product marketing for target verticals and lead-gen tools from launch to sales handoff.
• Oversee corporate marketing: thought leadership, podcast, awards, and media relations.
• Manage agencies, 48-hour co-publication standard, AI-assisted content pipeline.
• Publish monthly executive dashboard tracking reach, MQLs, and coverage.
• Support capital formation with investor-facing narrative alignment.
• Coordinate with VP of Finance on investor and project-finance narratives.
