Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Digital Sales Associate to upsell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will serve as a consultative partner to CFOs, HR and Payroll admins, and business owners, building your book of business with autonomy and ongoing training.

Daily goals around dials, talk time, and appointments set will guide your start, with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and virtual appointments.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience—teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, never-lose mentality.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP solutions to existing clients with a focus on upselling using digital tools.
• Build and expand a network to close sales and reach sales goals within your geography.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by expanding cross-sell opportunities.
