ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using digital technology. You will partner with CFOs, HR and payroll admins, and business owners, building your own book of business with autonomy and a focus on work-life balance.

You will receive comprehensive sales training, use modern tools, and enjoy uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and growth opportunities in a dynamic, inclusive ADP environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience or internship
• Ability to build a book of business and meet sales goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals within assigned geography
• Develop and deepen relationships within existing accounts and ADP ecosystem
