Sawmilldcllc is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to assist travelers throughout their journeys. You will be the main point of contact before, during, and after trips, delivering smooth, positive experiences in a fully remote setting.

You will handle inquiries via email, phone, and messaging, assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests, and provide destination and process guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality or support preferred.
• Highly organized, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote role.
• Able to learn new systems and booking platforms quickly.
• Passionate about travel and client support.

Responsibilities

• Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging.
• Respond to travel inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, updates, and special requests.
• Provide clear information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
