Job summary

Next Stop Travel is a remote-based organization that provides planning and coordination services. We seek a Customer Service Representative to assist with client requests, organize service arrangements, and support the coordination process in a structured remote setting.

You will be the main contact for inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms, identify client needs, and coordinate scheduling and reservations with external providers.

Qualifications
