Live Nation Entertainment in the United States is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to support Universe division. You will handle inbound emails and calls, troubleshoot, and assist with training and after-hours projects to maintain service levels.

Collaborate with product and engineering to resolve issues, coordinate upgrades, and share best practices. Prior ticketing or live events experience is a plus; strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in a customer facing role (customer success, service, or sales).
• Minimum 1 year in account management coordinating across clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good spelling/grammar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of Ticketing or Live Event industry is a bonus.
• Experience with client training and support processes is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support clients via Zoom, email, and phone to manage events and sales reports.
• Oversee after-hours client support team and bridge operations for product and fan support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with empathy; escalate when needed.
• Assist with training, sharing best practices, and operational support including installs/upgrades.
• Coordinate after-hours projects and communication with Sales/Product teams.
