Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment's Ticketmaster US division seeks an Event Management professional to support clients in creating and updating events. You will input event data, resolve issues, and collaborate across departments to ensure events run smoothly.

The role requires 1–3 years of Ticketmaster experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities, including availability for some evenings and weekends. A Box Office background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field.
• Service oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Creativity and problem solving.
• Box Office experience is a plus.
• Entertainment industry awareness.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Computer literate with strong data entry skills.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements.
• Input event data accurately into Ticketmaster Host system and resolve related errors.
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal departments when creating events.
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients.
• Rotate on-call schedule and provide after hours, weekend, and holiday support.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by senior staff.
