Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company, seeks a Venue IT Support Representative to provide on-site IT troubleshooting at events and venues nationwide. You will gain hands-on experience in service delivery while strengthening your ability to resolve operational IT issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with remote teams, maintaining POS and access-control tech, and supporting day-of-show connectivity.

Qualifications

Experience with Apple iOS, Windows, and network technologies preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Self-motivated with ability to troubleshoot independently.
Reliable team player who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance to venue staff.
Coordinate with remote IT teams and follow escalation procedures.
Act as onsite liaison with remote support for venue technology.
Manage access for visiting IT providers and support day-of-show connectivity.
Assist with deployment and maintenance of onsite IT equipment including POS terminals.
Develop understanding of venue network connectivity and deployed technologies.
