Legal Intake Pros LLC is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage a portfolio of law-firm accounts remotely. You will own the day-to-day operations, prepare materials for meetings, and drive accountability across teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting and proactive risk management. You will train clients on reporting and processes, build comprehensive account plans, and maintain CRM and project-management dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in client success, account management, or intake operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with CRM and project-management tools such as HubSpot and ClickUp.

Aufgaben

• Own the recurring cycle for accounts: updates, task management, internal debriefs, and reporting.
• Prepare agendas and KPI packets before client meetings and track actions after.
• Own client reporting end to end; present findings to leadership and propose actions.
• Run client training sessions on reporting, systems, and process.
• Build and maintain account plans linking client goals to actions.
• Read intake performance data and explain implications clearly.
• Coordinate internal check-ins and maintain delivery timelines with follow-up.
• Keep ClickUp and HubSpot updated to our standards.
• Surface risk early to avoid surprises for clients.
