Intapp, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager, Legal to work remotely in the US Central/West region. You will guide law firms to maximize value from Intapp products through adoption, onboarding, and ongoing optimization.

In this individual contributor role, you will monitor usage, design proactive engagement plays, and serve as a trusted advisor, expanding solutions across the client base while aligning with product and account teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of client success experience serving professional services firms, preferably legal.
• Strong listening and influencing abilities; consultative approach.
• Experience with Intapp Intake, Conflicts and Terms or risk/compliance in law or professional services.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor adoption data, usage trends, health and engagement signals across a tier of legal clients to identify where proactive outreach will drive retention and value.
• Execute data-triggered success plays tied to usage milestones, risk signals, or renewal timing to drive adoption and retention at scale.
• Leverage client feedback to identify and build new success plays to drive incremental value for clients.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for client inquiries, advising on product usage and best practices.
• Build proficiency in an initial Intapp solution, then expand across the broader product suite.
• Consult with clients post-deployment to ensure value realization and alignment with organizational needs.
• Reinforce knowledge of Intapp portfolio, competitive landscape and industry dynamics.
