Job summary

Legal Intake Pros is seeking a Client Success Associate to serve as the operational backbone for a portfolio of law firm clients. You will own day-to-day relationships, prepare materials, track decisions, and ensure our systems reflect reality with evidence-driven updates.

You’ll lead end-to-end client reporting, deliver training on dashboards and processes, and build plans that connect client goals to delivered actions. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; prior legal intake experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in client success or related roles.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with law firm intake operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience presenting performance data to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the recurring cycle for accounts: updates, task management, debriefs, reporting.
• Prepare agendas, KPI packets, and briefing materials before meetings.
• Own client reporting end to end; build and present analyses to leadership.
• Run client training sessions on reporting, systems, and process.
• Build and maintain account plans aligning client goals with actions.
• Read intake performance data and explain implications.
• Run internal check-ins and maintain delivery timelines.
• Keep ClickUp and HubSpot accurate to standards.
• Surface risk before the client raises it.
