Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a remote Client Service Manager for our small business division to deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base. You will lead renewal conversations, assist in cross-selling services, mentor team members, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

A bachelor's degree (or 3+ years with HS) plus a Property & Casualty license and MS Office proficiency are required. Join a collaborative, client-focused culture with global reach and local impact, and help clients face risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related client service/claims experience (HS + experience also accepted).
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
• Secure existing business and drive cross-sell of services and lines of coverage.
• Nurture relationships with buyers and client representatives.
• Guide team in addressing client risk management needs via consultative conversations.
• Mentor Client Service team through learning and feedback.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data within Gallagher system.
