Job summary

WithCoverage is seeking a Client Service Manager to remotely support clients from the United States, including the St. Louis, MO area. You will manage day-to-day service processes, help drive renewals, and coordinate with Risk Advisors to deliver a positive client experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial insurance, a P&C license (preferred) or plans to obtain it within 120 days, and a HS diploma (Associates preferred). Competitive comp with equity offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty broker’s license strongly preferred, or to be obtained within 120 days of start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience supporting complex clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains effective relationships with clients, serving in a client-facing capacity on moderate matters.
• Facilitates timely flow of information between clients and Risk team members.
• Gathers data and drafts stewardship reports and client presentations.
• Supports renewal process and drafts quote comparisons; saves binders, policies, and endorsements.
• Handles routine and sophisticated coverage inquiries and acts as client liaison for certificates, IDs, invoices, and summaries.
• Monitors invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections; resolves issues.
• Ensures tools are understood and used; performs related duties as assigned.
