Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; 2+ years in small group benefits or related insurance.
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA/Health Care Reform.
• Insurance Producer's License required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for small group employer clients via phone and email.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver day-to-day service.
• Support renewals and discuss plan options with clients.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and maintain CRM records.
• Stay current on carrier products and regulatory changes.
