Job summary

Wealth Without Wall Street is seeking a Salesperson with a servant's heart to own a book of existing clients and past prospects. Your focus is to call, serve, and grow the relationship into new business, dialing more than texting.

You will re-engage clients, run policy reviews, and uncover opportunities while logging calls in HubSpot. This remote role offers a base salary of 40k-50k plus uncapped commissions and paid licensing; training provided and a mission to help families build wealth

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management or client relationships.
• Licensed life insurance or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Comfortable on phone and video calls all day.
• CRM discipline (HubSpot a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own a book of existing clients and past prospects; call, serve and grow the relationship into new business.
• Re-engage clients who haven’t heard from us and past prospects who didn’t finish the process.
• Run policy reviews and answer questions about policy loans and PUAs; ensure client service is seamless.
• Uncover opportunities and book clients with IBC strategists.
• Ask for referrals and pursue conversations.
• Introduce clients to Passive Income Lab when it fits.
• Log calls and next steps in HubSpot; track weekly numbers.
