Wealth Without Wall Street is seeking a highly organized Client Success & Underwriting Specialist for a fully remote, flexible-hours role. You will support coaching and underwriting operations, guiding clients through the insurance process and maintaining proactive communication with clients and coaches.

The role emphasizes ownership, relationship-building, and high-quality service, with compensation anchored to hourly work plus performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate life insurance applications from submission through final policy delivery.
• Gather and organize client information needed for carrier submission.
• Submit applications and supporting documents to insurance carriers.
• Coordinate medical exams, labs, APS requests, and underwriting requirements.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding outstanding requirements.
• Follow up with carriers to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Help coaches prepare clients for underwriting expectations and next steps.
• Coordinate policy delivery and funding logistics.
• Assist with onboarding clients into our systems and community after policy placement.
