Job summary

Wealth Without Wall Street is seeking a Client Account Manager in the United States. You will own existing client relationships, drive re-engagement, and grow revenue through phone conversations and strategic follow-through.

You'll run policy reviews, discuss loans and PUAs, and route opportunities to IBC strategists. Expect strong targets, uncapped commissions, and remote work with licensing support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management or client relationships.
• Track record of hitting targets while keeping clients happy.
• Comfortable on phone and video calls all day.
• CRM discipline; HubSpot is a plus.
• Active life insurance license or willingness to get licensed in 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of existing clients and past prospects, call, serve, and grow relationships.
• Run policy reviews and answer questions about policy loans and PUAs.
• Uncover opportunities and book clients with IBC strategists.
• Log calls and next steps in HubSpot; manage weekly numbers.
