Job summary

Wealth Without Wall Street is seeking a Client Account Manager to nurture an existing book of clients and past prospects. Your role is to call, serve, and grow the relationship into new business, with a heavy focus on real conversations over the phone.

You will re-engage dormant clients, run policy reviews, discuss loans and PUAs, and uncover new opportunities. Remote work is available, and licensing is paid along with comprehensive training to master Infinite Banking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management or client relationships, ideally in insurance or wealth management.
• Proven track record of hitting targets while keeping clients happy.
• Comfortable on phone and video calls all day.
• CRM discipline and HubSpot proficiency.
• Active life insurance license or willingness to get licensed within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of existing clients and past prospects, and grow the relationship into new business.
• Make real conversations over the phone, not emails.
• Re-engage clients who haven't heard from us and past prospects who didn't finish the process.
• Run policy reviews and discuss loans and PUAs; coordinate with the ops team.
• Ask for meetings, referrals, and introduce clients to our Passive Income Lab.
• Log calls and next steps in HubSpot and track weekly numbers.
