Wealth Without Wall Street seeks a Salesperson with a servant's heart to own a book of clients and past prospects. You will call, serve, and grow relationships, re-engage dormant clients, and drive new business through proactive conversations.

You’ll conduct policy reviews, answer questions on loans and PUAs, and coordinate with our ops team. The role emphasizes asking for the next step and referrals to fuel growth.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in sales, account management or client relationships.
• Track record of hitting targets while keeping clients happy.
• Comfortable on phone and video calls all day.
• CRM discipline with HubSpot experience.
• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Understanding of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Call existing clients and past prospects to serve and grow the relationship.
• Re-engage clients who haven’t heard from us and past prospects who didn’t finish the process.
• Run policy reviews and answer questions about policy loans and PUAs; coordinate with ops for paperwork.
• Identify opportunities (new capital, business sale, growing family) and book clients with IBC strategists.
• Ask for referrals and pursue conversations to advance the next steps.
• Introduce clients to our Passive Income Lab when appropriate.
• Proactively reach out to retain clients and reduce drift.
• Log calls and next steps in HubSpot; own weekly metrics (contacts, opportunities, referrals, cases).
