Job summary

Wealth Without Wall Street is seeking a Salesperson with a servant's heart to own an existing book of clients and past prospects. You will call, serve, and grow relationships, focusing on real conversations over emails.

Requirements include 2+ years in sales or account management, comfort on camera and phone, HubSpot CRM, and an active life insurance license or plan to obtain within 60 days. This remote role offers base salary and uncapped commissions to reward results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management or client relationships, ideally in insurance, financial services or wealth management
• Track record of hitting targets while keeping clients happy
• Comfortable on phone and video calls all day
• Active life insurance license, or willingness to get licensed within 60 days
• Understanding of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Make frequent real conversations on the phone rather than emails
• Re-engage clients and past prospects who didn't hear from us in a while
• Run policy reviews and explain policy loans and PUAs; coordinate service with the ops team
• Identify opportunities and book clients with IBC strategists
• Ask for referrals and follow up until conversations form
• Introduce clients to Passive Income Lab when suitable
• Spot clients drifting away and contact them before they leave
• Log calls and next steps in HubSpot and track weekly numbers
