Job summary

Wealth Without Wall Street is seeking a Salesperson with a servant heart to own a book of clients and prospects. You will call, serve, and grow the relationship into new business, while leveraging policy knowledge, and the Passive Income Lab when appropriate.

Expect a base salary of $40,000–$50,000 with uncapped commissions (8% on new cases plus referral and Lab bonuses) and licensing support. This role offers remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management or client relationships (insurance/financial services/wealth).
• Strong track record meeting targets while keeping clients happy.
• Comfortable on phone and video calls all day.
• CRM discipline with HubSpot preferred.
• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Understanding of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking is a plus and teachable.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of existing clients and past prospects.
• Call, serve, and grow relationships into new business.
• Run policy reviews and explain loans/PUAs; ensure client follow-up.
• Uncover opportunities and book clients with IBC strategists.
• Ask for referrals and follow up to turn into conversations.
• Introduce clients to Passive Income Lab when suitable.
• Identify clients at risk of leaving and reconnect by phone.
• Log calls and next steps in HubSpot; own weekly metrics.
