Job summary

Wealth Without Wall Street is seeking a Salesperson with a servant heart to own a portfolio of clients and past prospects. You will call, serve, and grow relationships, driving new business while re-engaging contacts and guiding them through policy reviews.

You will dial with purpose, pursue referrals, and leverage HubSpot for tracking. Remote work is available as the team grows toward helping families build wealth outside Wall Street.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management or client relationships.
• Track record of hitting targets while keeping clients happy.
• Comfortable on phone and video calls all day.
• CRM discipline, HubSpot is a plus.
• Active life insurance license, or willingness to get licensed in 60 days.
• Understanding of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of existing clients and past prospects to call, serve, and grow the relationship.
• Make real conversations on the phone, re-engage, and move opportunities forward.
• Run policy reviews and coordinate service with the ops team.
• Uncover opportunities and book clients with IBC strategists.
• Ask for referrals and cultivate conversations.
• Introduce clients to the Passive Income Lab when appropriate.
• Log calls and next steps in HubSpot and track weekly metrics.
