Job summary

NeoWork is hiring Client Success Managers to own relationships with U.S. clients and drive their happiness, success, and growth. You will lead onboarding, monitor account health, and identify opportunities to expand.

NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that embeds remote teams inside client organizations. You will work with client teams and internal partners, ensure satisfaction, manage renewals, and contribute to long-term account success. This role is remote with U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or client success.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with U.S. executives.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple accounts.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.
• Based in Colombia with a reliable home office and internet.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth start.
• Run regular check-ins and business reviews with client stakeholders.
• Monitor account health, satisfaction, and risks, and act early.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
