Job summary

QuickPrepAI in the United States seeks an Account Owner to steward post-launch client relationships, ensure customers feel heard, see value, and grow with us.

Account Ownership

• Own a portfolio of US client accounts post-launch.
• Run regular business reviews that connect our work to client outcomes.
• Be the trusted point of contact clients reach for first.

Growth & Retention

• Spot expansion opportunities and coordinate with sales on renewals and upsells.
• Track account health metrics and act before churn signals become churn.
• Drive measurable retention and expansion across your portfolio.

Advocacy & Health

• Champion client feedback internally and close the loop when we act on it.
• De-escalate issues with empathy and a concrete plan.
• Turn satisfied clients into references and case studies.

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success or account management for tech services or SaaS.
• Demonstrated retention and expansion results.
