Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in account management, client success, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and ownership.
• Reliable follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive communication.
• Serve as the primary contact for routine client questions, requests, and updates.
• Coordinate with internal specialists (SEO, development, paid media) to move tasks forward.
• Track outstanding requests and follow up on deliverables to avoid gaps.
• Identify potential concerns and keep clients informed and supported.
• Handle routine issues independently and escalate when needed.
• Keep communication and tasks organized using GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
• Learn the agency's services and workflows to manage accounts confidently.
