Job summary

Stryker Digital, LLC is seeking an SEO Client Success Manager to lead a portfolio of home service clients, owning strategy, client relationships, and monthly performance reviews. You’ll collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, with strategic guidance and measurable results.

You will translate technical SEO work into clear business outcomes, spot upsell opportunities, and drive client renewals while maintaining hands-on campaign oversight and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing SEO or account management experience.
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Willingness to own outcomes and grow with the team.
• Bonus: familiarity with GoHighLevel, GA4, Monday.com, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned SEO accounts via Slack, video, and email.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with clients and educate on strategy.
• Oversee fulfillment with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Translate technical SEO work into business outcomes and ROI.
• Identify and recommend upsell opportunities (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, websites).
• Present SEO data highlighting business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
