Job summary

Compose.ly is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of roughly 25 clients, from startups to enterprise brands. You will own the relationship, the client experience, and the delivery plan, partnering with your pod to execute SEO, content, and performance marketing work.

You will lead client strategy, conduct monthly check-ins, manage renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while tracking progress in HubSpot and coordinating with Asana.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management or client services experience at a marketing agency.
• Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid media.
• Ability to read marketing performance data and explain impact to clients.
• Experience managing multiple clients and deadlines in aPM tool such as Asana.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Client relationships and strategy: understand client goals and present plans across SEO, GEO, content, and paid media.
• Delivery and project management: onboard clients, manage timelines, scope, and budgets, coordinate with pod and platform tools.
• Reporting and client enablement: deliver monthly updates and executive decks, translate data into business impact, train clients on processes.
