WithMe, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to build, manage, and grow client relationships across a dedicated book of business in a fully remote role.

You’ll be the primary contact from post-installation through the service contract lifecycle, focusing on proactive communication, consultative account management, retention, and growth. You’ll conduct quarterly business reviews, establish onboarding and renewal cadences, address risks to reduce churn, and collaborate with cross-functional

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client success or account management
• Experience conducting welcome calls and client reviews
• Strong presentation and persuasive communication skills
• Extensive Salesforce experience to manage data and reporting
• Multi-family segment experience is a plus; startup/tech and SaaS sales exposure are plus

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships from post-installation through contract lifecycle
• Build proactive relationships focused on engagement, satisfaction, and retention
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and deliver actionable recommendations
• Establish regular communication cadences with onboarded clients and renewals
• Identify risks early to reduce churn and improve retention
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities with tailored solutions
• Monitor ownership change processes to prevent account loss
• Use Salesforce to track client activity and generate insights
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to resolve client issues
• Represent WithMe in client meetings and events
