BizLibrary is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our award-winning organization. The Client Success Manager builds strategic partnerships with clients to drive value and ensure learners’ success in their programs and goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in client relationship management, excellent communication, and proven experience building impactful client relationships within a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of client relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication, strong project and time management skills.
• Proven history of building impactful client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive client adoption and program success aligned to business priorities.
• Advise client stakeholders and translate business challenges into learning strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders for ongoing engagement.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, engagement, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks to client success and activate action plans.
• Lead program launches and enablement across cross-functional teams.
• Leverage data to guide client strategy and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify signals for growth and support opportunity development.
• Act as internal advocate ensuring client value within scope.
