Job summary

Cardinal Education, a premier educational consulting firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area, seeks an Associate Account Manager to own ongoing client relationships from onboarding to ongoing support. You will be the operational and relational hub, coordinating with academic coaches, billing teams, and cross-functional leaders to deliver timely service and high-value outcomes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary ongoing contact for families after onboarding, managing service delivery and communication.
Conduct regular client check-ins and provide timely, personalized support to maintain satisfaction.
Track client engagement, maintain records, and suggest additional support to improve outcomes.
Coordinate service launches and scheduling with internal teams for smooth experiences.
Identify opportunities to improve recurring workflows and support process improvements.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and client insights.
