Prepory in the United States is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage the relationship with families from orientation through final admissions decisions. This remote, full-time role focuses on ensuring families receive the experience they signed up for and supports coaches through challenging conversations.

You will run new student orientations, conduct parent check-ins, mentor coaches, and expand programming with enrollments and referrals.
