Job summary

Aztec Software, LLC is seeking a Client Success Specialist to guide adult education programs through onboarding, adoption, training, and sustained relationship growth. This remote, Midwest-based role focuses on implementing our learning solutions and driving measurable outcomes for clients.

You will build trusted partnerships with educators and administrators, deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person when needed), monitor usage, and collaborate with Sales for expansion

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult education, workforce development, customer success, training, or a related field.
• Experience working with educators, administrators, or publicly funded programs.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new and expanding clients.
• Monitor product usage, engagement, and implementation progress.
• Build trusted relationships with educators, administrators, and program leaders.
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person product training sessions.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-sell, referrals, and success stories.
• Document client interactions, opportunities, and outcomes within the company CRM.
