Job summary

Kelly Education is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients, building strong relationships and delivering responsive service. This onsite role requires local presence at a Kelly Education office or client site and local travel.

You will develop staffing strategies, onboard new talent, manage the employee lifecycle, monitor metrics, and identify opportunities to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients, building relationships and delivering responsive service.
• Developing and executing local recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent and support client staffing needs.
• Guiding new talent through onboarding and ensuring a positive experience from offer to assignment.
• Managing the ongoing employee lifecycle, including performance coaching, attendance, and engagement.
• Overseeing day-to-day staffing delivery, monitoring fulfillment, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Responding to client and employee concerns with urgency and professionalism; escalate when needed.
• Tracking staffing activity and metrics to identify challenges and inform business decisions.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand Kelly Education solutions.
