You will monitor project status, facilitate clear communication, and resolve issues affecting performance and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client success or account management experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, payment models, and risk adjustment.
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems and technical communication.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relationships to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Manage coordination, tracking, and reporting of customer projects.
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams including engineering and sales.
