Ladders is seeking a Client Success Manager, Payer Retrieval to join our client in the information technology space. This remote role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery, and guiding cross-functional teams to keep payer retrieval projects on track.

You will monitor project status, facilitate clear communication, and resolve issues affecting performance and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client success or account management experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, payment models, and risk adjustment.
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems and technical communication.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Client Success Manager, Payer Retrieval to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

In this remote role, you will own customer relationships that support smooth service delivery and strong operational outcomes. This position blends client success, project coordination, and cross-functional execution across internal teams to keep payer retrieval work on track. You will monitor project status, facilitate communication, and help resolve issues that may affect performance, timelines, or the customer experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $108,000 – $130,000 annually
