Job summary

SSC Services for Education, a nationwide best-in-class facility service provider and member of Compass Group, is seeking a Remote Client Success Manager to advance client growth and retention programs. You will lead governance, account health tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes, while supporting multi-level internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes program leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive change across operations and sales teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with 3+ years in program/project management; Facilities Management experience is a plus.
• Proven record developing, implementing and streamlining cross-functional programs and processes that elevate client outcomes with defined metrics of success.
• Strong collaboration skills to engage internal stakeholders in change management initiatives that drive client growth and retention goals.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Support development and own administration of all aspects of account management, growth, and retention programs, including processes, tools, account data and training.
• Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, introduce optimal strategies and technologies, and improve team efficiency while maintaining flexibility across operations.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all initiatives and documents meet program standards, track critical metrics, and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Project Management: Manage multiple large-scale projects with urgency and efficiency, balancing deadlines and priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Proposals & Presentations: Craft and refine client-facing documents including operational reporting, retention proposals and presentations, collaborating with operations and sales teams to ensure clear, compelling messaging.
