Job summary

CareMetx, LLC in the United States seeks a Director, Client Success to lead a multi-client book and drive growth across the pharma ecosystem. You will manage senior client relationships, align product and services, and mentor a team of Account Support Managers to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to expand opportunities, renewals, upsells, and reference accounts while maintaining high client satisfaction and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales of healthcare enterprise software.
• Track record of managing technology and service programs.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Leadership, people management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client relationship management, strategy, and growth.
• Manage multi-million-dollar book across US pharmaceutical clients.
• Lead client strategy and planning between internal cross-functional teams.
• Oversee client escalations and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support sales during negotiation, including pricing input and contracting.
• Develop strategic plans for client growth, renewals, upsells, and reference accounts.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion to new brands at clients.
• Oversee budget books, client invoicing, and revenue capture for each client.
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Support Managers.
