EHE Health, a leading preventive healthcare provider, seeks a Director, Client Success in New York to lead a portfolio of key client relationships and drive renewals and growth. You will partner with internal teams to ensure onboarding, implementation, and ongoing value delivery for employers and their employees.

The role requires 7+ years in client success or related fields, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to optimize programs and outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data-driven presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across multiple accounts.
• Own onboarding, implementation, and delivery of EHE programs for assigned clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Client Success Managers to achieve targets.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and renewal readiness across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze client performance data and deliver clear reporting and insights.
• Identify risks and ensure high-quality client experiences.
