NeonPixel is a fast-growing performance marketing partner. We’re seeking a Client Success Director to own a portfolio of key accounts, build trust with clients, and partner with them to drive measurable growth.

This is a high-growth role with uncapped earning potential through a bonus program. You will own relationships from inception, analyze campaigns, optimize daily, collaborate with Sales, and identify opportunities to expand NeonPixel offerings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing (brand ecommerce or agency).
• Direct ownership of $3M–$5M+ digital ad spend with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong metrics knowledge: CPA, ROAS, CVR, and incremental conversions.
• Senior client-facing experience with budget stakeholders; builds relationships, not just manages accounts.
• Fluent across DSPs and PM tools; clear written/presentation communication.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client relationships from the ground up, managing performance and proactive communication.
• Analyze campaign data to derive recommendations and present them in performance reviews.
• Monitor campaigns daily, optimize continuously, and bring a point of view to client conversations.
• Build strategies tailored to each client's goals rather than templated playbooks.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing relationships and cross-sell NeonPixel offerings.
• Work closely with Sales to ensure new clients land well and expectations are delivered.
• Stay ahead on how performance marketing and CTV are heading and share ideas with clients.
