Unruh Law, P.C. is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to be the friendly first line of support for veterans nationwide. This 100% remote, phone-forward role involves updating clients, coordinating with an attorney, and documenting interactions in Filevine.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a client-facing law firm role, holds a valid PIV card, and can learn Filevine quickly. Compensation is $20–$24/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a client-facing role at a law firm.
• Valid PIV card required.
• Familiarity with Filevine or quick learner.
• 100% Remote (U.S.-based).
• Compensation: $20–$24/hour.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive client calls; provide timely, compassionate updates and clear next steps.
• Document all communications in Filevine and keep matters organized and current.
• Triage issues and elevate to the attorney when needed, then follow through to resolution.
• Calendar key dates, track tasks, and keep cases on schedule.
• Light legal assistant duties: prepare simple forms/letters and submit routine filings with the VA as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional, courteous communication at all times.
