Job summary

Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick LTD is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to establish relationships with potential clients, primarily focusing on Veterans’ Benefits. This role involves conducting interviews via telephone, managing high volume calls, and performing administrative duties related to client intake and retention.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a High School Degree, with a Bachelor's preferred. The position provides the opportunity for remote work and offers a competitive benefits package including insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of high-volume phone/customer service experience.
• Ability to make or receive calls for a minimum of 6-8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for potential clients throughout the intake process.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Provide detailed written summaries about potential clients’ needs.
