Job summary

Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick is seeking a Client Advocate in the Veterans Practice Group to be the first point of contact for disabled veteran clients and families. You will manage high-volume calls, provide case updates, complete forms, and keep case notes current in the firm’s case management system.

The role involves handling client communications, retrieving information from internal systems, drafting forms and correspondence, and supporting training of new staff on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Client service experience a plus; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of phone calls and email with clients and families.
• Retrieve information from internal systems and provide accurate status updates.
• Draft basic forms and written correspondence to clients and VA.
• Update case management files with all client conversations and correspondence.
• Attend training and help train new Client Advocate/Paralegals.
